Our office is looking for a part-time/full-time bookkeeper.

The company was founded in 2008 and has clients throughout the GTHA.

Our office is located in Burlington and is focused on providing quality and professional service to a wide range of businesses  

You will be responsible for:

  • Full cycle bookkeeping
  • Providing payroll services to clients using various payroll software programs
  • Assist clients with periodic CRA remittances
  • Review client information and indicate potential improvements
  • Respond effectively to client concerns
  • Preparing T4’s, T4A’s, and T5018’s
  • Bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and invoicing
  • Other duties as assigned

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online
  • Appropriate time management skills and ability to multitask within a multicompany environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Eagerness to learn and expand bookkeeping knowledge
  • Requires own method of transportation for periodic client services
  • Ability to work towards and meet deadlines
  • Bookkeeping experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time/Part-Time 35 hours a week

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
