Our office is looking for a part-time/full-time bookkeeper.
The company was founded in 2008 and has clients throughout the GTHA.
Our office is located in Burlington and is focused on providing quality and professional service to a wide range of businesses
You will be responsible for:
- Full cycle bookkeeping
- Providing payroll services to clients using various payroll software programs
- Assist clients with periodic CRA remittances
- Review client information and indicate potential improvements
- Respond effectively to client concerns
- Preparing T4’s, T4A’s, and T5018’s
- Bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and invoicing
- Other duties as assigned
The successful candidate will have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online
- Appropriate time management skills and ability to multitask within a multicompany environment
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Eagerness to learn and expand bookkeeping knowledge
- Requires own method of transportation for periodic client services
- Ability to work towards and meet deadlines
- Bookkeeping experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
